Run your bookings, payments and fleet in one place, with your own rental website. We are opening 30 founding partner places for verified car hire businesses.
Your first 3 months
No subscription or vehicle-seat charges. List unlimited verified vehicles. A 5% commission applies to commissionable rental collections, including recorded cash rentals. Settlement transaction costs are shown before withdrawal. Existing payment rules, refunds, owner agreements and verification requirements still apply.
Use your rental website, bookings, M-Pesa payments, owner earnings, WhatsApp workflows and reporting. Eligible vehicles can appear on Fleetify Discovery. We do not guarantee bookings or a particular search position.
When your offer starts
Complete your account, business verification and setup, then get your first vehicle approved. If a public place is available, your 3 months start at that point. Account creation alone does not reserve a place. One offer applies per verified business or individual; another email address or subdomain does not create another offer. Existing reservations are assigned by Fleetify after verification.
Switch when it makes sense
You can keep the offer until its end date or choose a paid plan earlier. An early switch ends the offer permanently once payment is confirmed. The paid period, vehicle allowance and commission apply immediately to new quotes; existing invoices keep their agreed amounts. Choose a plan that covers your vehicles, team and locations. No surprise renewal
We email you 30, 10 and 1 day before expiry with a plan suggestion based on your current fleet, team and locations. There is no automatic charge. Without an active paid plan after expiry, new bookings pause; existing trips, wallet access and records remain available. New businesses receive the standard 14-day trial once founding places are filled.
