What you will achieve
A working business profile with a location, first vehicle, prices, and payment choices.
Before you start
- Your business name, support email, and phone number
- The details and at least one clear photo of your first vehicle
- Your normal daily price in Kenya shillings
- The Safaricom number you want Fleetify to suggest for wallet deposits and withdrawals, if any
Start the setup
After you create an account, Fleetify opens a guided setup. The dashboard menu stays limited until you finish or skip this setup.
- 1Open Fleetify
Sign in and choose Start Setup on the welcome screen.
- 2Add your business profile
Enter the business name, business type, primary city, contact phone, and support email. Use contact details that customers can reach.
- 3Continue
Check the information, then move to Locations.
Add a location and vehicle
- 1Create a location
Enter a location name, city, service radius, and physical address. Choose whether customers can pick up, return, or do both there.
- 2Add the first vehicle
Enter a vehicle name, make, year, category, transmission, daily rate, and useful features. Upload a clear image.
- 3Check the price
Confirm the default daily rate. Add an hourly rate only if your business uses one. Weekend and weekly settings are optional.
Choose how customers can pay
- 1Select payment methods
Choose cash at collection, M-Pesa prepayment, or both. Cash is usually the simplest choice for customers.
- 2Add a wallet phone if useful
This optional number is filled in when you deposit or withdraw. Fleetify manages the OpenRails Paybill and does not ask you for API keys.
- 3Finish setup
Choose Finish Setup, review the launch screen, and continue to the dashboard.
Be careful
Never enter an M-Pesa PIN in Fleetify. A customer enters their PIN only inside the M-Pesa prompt on their own phone.
You are done when
- The full dashboard menu is available
- Your first location and vehicle appear in the dashboard
- Your saved payment choices match the methods you accept
