Starting a rental business can be overwhelming. We've condensed the entire setup process into a streamlined 3-phase workflow to get you booking-ready in under an hour.

Phase 1: Brand & Compliance

Before adding cars, establish your digital presence. Your company profile determines how you appear on invoices, emails, and your booking site.

Implementation Checklist

Upload High-Res Logo (Transparent PNG recommended)
Set Currency (KES, USD, EUR)
Configure Tax Rates (VAT/Sales Tax)
Add Support Phone & Email

Configured in Settings > General

Phase 2: Building Your Inventory

A listing isn't just a car; it's a sales page. Data shows that listings with at least 8 photos and detailed feature lists convert 3x higher.

Internal Photos

Capture the dashboard, seats, and trunk space. Cleanliness sells.

Features & Specs

Tag features like "Bluetooth", "AC", "4WD". Filters rely on these tags.

"Don't skip the description. Use this space to tell the renter why this car is perfect for their specific trip (e.g., 'Great for safaris', 'Perfect city runner')."

Phase 3: Going Live

Once your fleet is added, you need to open your calendar. By default, all vehicles start as 'Unavailable' to prevent accidental bookings during setup.

Publishing Your Site

Your public booking engine is located at [your-business].fleetify.africa. Navigate to Sites to customize the theme colors and hero images before sharing the link.
