What you need before setup

You can finish faster when these details are ready before you begin.

• Business name, business type, primary city, support phone, and support email.
• At least one pickup or return location and its physical address.
• A first vehicle's name, make, year, category, transmission, daily price, features, and photo.
• The payment methods your business is ready to accept.

The six setup stages

Fleetify takes you through the stages in order. Finish the required fields on one screen before moving to the next.

1. 1Business Profile

   Enter the public business and contact information customers should use.

2. 2Locations

   Add a named location, address, service radius, and whether it allows pickup, return, or both.

3. 3Fleet

   Add your first vehicle, rate, useful features, and a clear image.

4. 4Pricing

   Confirm your default daily rate. Hourly, weekend, and weekly settings are optional.

5. 5Payments

   Turn on only the payment methods you are ready to accept and complete their visible fields.

6. 6Launch

   Finish setup and continue to the main dashboard.

What to check after setup

• Open Fleet and confirm the first vehicle, price, photo, and status are correct.
• Open Locations and confirm the map position and pickup or return choices.
• Open Store Settings and check your contact details, logo, colours, and description.
• Open Themes and preview the active booking website on a phone and computer.
• Make one controlled test booking before sharing the website with customers.
